You agree to pay all set-up fees and subscription charges on time according to the chosen payment schedule.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if payment is not received.

 

 

3. Service Cancellation:

 

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us via email: info@geniusweb.services.

Please note that cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription.

Set-up fees remain non-refundable upon cancellation.

 

 

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property:

 

We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with our platform and the core functionalities of your website and app.

You will own the content you provide for your website and app.

 

 

5. Warranties and Disclaimers:

 

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or functionality of your website or app.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including lost revenue or business interruption.

 

 

6. Governing Law:

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida located in the United States of America.
